Refunds

We have a 30-day refund and return policy in place. Once 30 days have gone after your purchase, we are unable to offer you a complete refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional items that are not refundable

products for software download For the purpose of processing your return, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase.Please refrain from returning your product to the shop.In certain situations, only partial refunds are permitted:any item that is broken, incomplete, or out of its original state due to causes other than our error.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Only faulty or broken items are eligible for replacement. If you need to exchange it for the identical item, shoot us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: [physical address].

Shipping returns

You have 14 days after delivery to replace or return an item for a cash refund equal to its cash value as long as it is still in its original condition, the invoice is visible, and neither the item nor its packaging have been used.

There are many rules or regulations in respect to the producers and agents of various commodities.
